Spa Bliss

Did not feel like they wanted to earn my business. Will not return. I had a cut here a few months back. The stylist was great, but the atmosphere, not very inviting. The staff and client, which seemed to be more of a friend than paying customer, in the station behind us were acting very unprofessionally. So much so that I cut the appointment short as it was not relaxing at all. Recently, I decided to give them another try. Upon entering the spa, I expressed my concern regarding my previous appointment and was not acknowledged, whatsoever. In fact, I was informed that I must be in error, surely my experience was less of an issue than I was suggesting. Having made an appointment, I later had to postpone due to unforeseen developments. Even that process felt more arduous than it should for business that is providing relaxation and styling. Definitely felt like the onus was upon me to get through, as opposed to them being highly responsive. C'est la vie. Not everyone has the same standards. I for one will not be returning. Very nice place, however, so maybe you will have a better experience.

I just had a wonderful deep tissue massage here and it was my first visit. Called and was able to get in quickly, I had a lot of tension and knotted muscles in my neck to be worked on. My Masseuse was IONE and she was adorable. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place was beautiful and I was treated very well. Clean and neat with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Just read the reviews and fortunately I did not have a similar experience as a few folks had. That is too bad. I am planning on going back as soon as possible and setting a couple's date up with my husband.

Over-rated. It used to be pretty inside, now it just looks cluttered and chaotic. If you are looking for an upscale place with class and service, this is NOT IT! Non professional person at the front desk, nice girls doing hair, but NOT at all what it used to be about 7 years ago! Wow! One wonders what happened there!

I tried making appointments several times when they had openings and wouldn't even return my calls. Horrible service!
