I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My experience was awful and now I'm paying double for an easy color that I always get. Kiri did my hair and In the middle of color stopped process to finish another lady. After 15 min of half head processing she finishes it and when getting home I realized it's not at all how it should of turned out. It's like she styled my hair to hide horrible orange pink roots. I contacted her to let her know and she offered to fix it but after the color along with the dirtiness of the place, I nicely declined and she agreed to not cashing my check. Well, she did a week in half later without warning! I have been getting my hair done the same for years and had to find a new Hair dresser this time since my favorite moved away. The color and cut is horrible and I have to rig my hair to hide bad parts and now pay double to get it fixed. Don't go here. The place is ghetto, dirty and very unprofessional.

I have severe social anxiety and usually hair salons are really painful for me - this is the first place in 5 years where I have felt a little at ease. Everyone is very friendly but not invasive and the service was quick and super competent! I look forward to trying their other services offered.

Kiri is the best, she has done some extremely awesome job on my hair. My hair looks great and I love it. I am definitely returning. This place is strongly recommended. I got my stylist in McMinnville.

Kiri seemed to know exactly what I wanted. Perfect!! I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend Family Hair Design!
