Wendy is the greatest curly hair expert! I moved here about 8 months ago and was completely nervous about finding a new stylist. I found Wendy and have been seeing her ever since. Wendy is professionally trained by Deva Curl and just finished a training in New York City from the founder! If you know anything about curly hair stylists, this is a huge, HUGE deal. Wendy loves to talk curly hair and has so much knowledge to share. She's very personable and has very fair rates. If you have any type of curly hair, even wavy, I highly recommend you go see her!

I needed someone to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and came across a couple recommendations for Red Hills Salon, specifically Lindsay Floyd for hair and Bri Provoast for makeup. I went in for a trial back in April and they were fantastic. I showed Lindsay some pictures of hair styles I liked and made note of specifics and she went with it. First try looked good but we had some tweaks which she made right there and my hair looked amazing. She took pictures of it so she could make sure to get it right on the wedding day as well. Bri was just as amazing. She did my makeup and let me take a look and after a couple changes, she had it good. Come wedding day (Aug 19!), we (myself, 2 bridesmaids, and step daughter/flower girl) met them at the Salon and had a super fun, relaxing morning. Lindsay started with my hair which took just about an hour and looked exactly how I was hoping. She even showed us the best way to put in and take out my veil. I did my makeup last and Bri even paused and waited for my videographer to arrive so they could get some video of me getting made up. I had a couple more changes for Bri on my overall look which she effortlessly incorporated and my makeup turned out perfectly. It held up all day and still looked amazing at the end of the night. Bri even gave us a little touch up kit that included a brand new full size lipstick, a blender, and a couple other things which I ended up not even needing but was nice to have available. All in all, I highly recommend both Lindsay and Bri. They have super affordable prices and are super fun and easy to work with! Thank you ladies!

The only thing keeping me from giving this salon 5 stars is how difficult it is to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. I've been to see Lindsey and she was AWESOME. best haircut I've had in a long time. The space is lovely and she was able to get me in on short notice. But I've been calling for 2 days and no one calls me back or answers the phone. You basically have to go in person to make an appointment. They need a receptionist. Other than that, I recommend them to everyone!
