This was my first appointment, I saw the doctor for a total of 3 minutes. I was so rushed I didn't get to ask about treatment options. It took me months to get in and it was very disappointing to have such an unpersonalized sterile experience. Find a different office that wants to help patients. This one will treat you like an assembly line. Yes please contact me.

Waited 6 weeks to get seen for my new patient visit which cost $400, Dr Liggett told me she couldn't address 2 of my 3 concerns because it wasnt on the appointment. I spent less than 2 minutes with the doctor and don't feel like she actually cared about listening to my concerns and then they still sent my prescription to the wrong specialty pharmacy causing it to get denied and forcing me to deal with it further. I'd recommend finding somewhere else, I'm very disappointed in my experience.

Thank you for wasting my valuable time that I could have spent finding a dermatologist actually willing to help me! I called Monday. I was told I needed a referral. I got two doctors to send you referrals. A WEEK later you tell me, oh well we still don't accept your type of insurance. YOU are part of the Healthcare problem in America! You say "skin is our passion," well helping people clearly isn't. This isn't cosmetic and I need help. A week later, my problem persists and has gotten worse when I thought I was just waiting to hear when you could see me. Poor communication on the part of your office wasted my time and energy, and turned what should have been one phone call into six phone calls and an additional doctor's appointment to get a referral. If you accept *1* specific type of Medicaid, that should be said outright. Simple as that.

While the staff is excellent, and the check-in process reasonably user-friendly, I’ve had a terrible experience with their billing department. They’ve struggled using my TriCare, though my other 5 doctors’ offices have managed. I also only had my appointments here because they were advertised to me as TriCare friendly. They didn’t recognize my military ID, which is used as an insurance card. I missed ONE call from them, after being reassured over the phone by an employee that I shouldn’t pay anything until they’d figured out my insurance, but today had to pay my entire balance because they ran out of time on their billing. They put every part of trying to get the billing sorted on me, on top of charging me everything today. Maybe that’s their SOP, but I’ve never received so little help from a medical billing department. I’m incredibly disappointed, and canceled my next appointment with them.

My wife had an appointment here last month. The doctor barely talked to her. The front desk was not friendly. The treatment didn't take care of the problem, and they charged an exorbitant amount. Would not recommend

Wonderful Staff and Service We’ve seen several providers and always been impressed with their knowledge and care. Recently we met with Jennifer Williford who made our son feel comfortable while answering all his questions. We would highly recommend this practice.

I have Never been in a medical office that was run this efficiently. Everyone I encountered was kind and courteous. ALL of the staff from docs to the greeters at the front door seem to enjoy their job. This workplace is healthy! In a time when there is so much discontent in people, this office has managed to exude a very healthy workplace! Kudos to all of you! It made my day to see so many satisfied employees!

Fantastic 1st visit. Personable Dermatologist and he answered all of my questions and concerns.

Overall we found the experience excellent. The staff was very friendly, professional efficient. Dr. Jones explained everything so we could easily understand. He listened to our concerns and worked with us on the pan. He was also very friendly, professional and efficient.

We have had the honor of being seen by Mrs. J. James for a couple years now I'm sorry I don't know how to spell her first name Jacqueline?. She is amazing and takes really good care of my father. Her attitude is outstanding and we feel lucky to have her on my dad's team of Dr's. Staff has always treated us well and we thank you all!
