LOVE my cut and style from Trudy. I am just visiting MI and family and was amazed by the friendly staff and excellent service. Trudy was able to do my cut AND style while my mom's hair was processing. She is truly amazing and I will defiantly be coming back my next visit.

Such an unprofessional salon. Came here for a bachelorette party and received a manicure and pedicure and was forced to pay for services that I did not receive, resulting in a charge of over $160. Originally was told that I would not have to pay for a massage that I opted to not receive and payed for my services, however as I was leaving they told me I would have to pay at the last minute. It would not have been as shocking had they told me before while I was waiting for over 2 hours. The manager was very uncooperative, and did not assist me nor others in the bridal party at all. In addition to the monetary discrepancy, the area for the pedicures consisted of hard bench style seating and was not up to par with other salons in portage or Kalamazoo. Please go elsewhere and save your hard earned time and money.

My daughter treated me to a package for my birthday. The facial, massage and manicure were fabulous. We were treated like royalty. The ambiance is so calming and beautiful. I can't wait to go back!

Awful awful awful experience. Would never recommend. Went there with a bridal party and 2 of us left crying because of their disservice.

I honestly wish I didn’t even HAVE to put any stars on here at all!!! My back is bruised from the massage, it was NOT relaxing whatsoever. When I was getting my pedicure, the technician dug into the side of my toe and made it bleed and swell up. When I pay 45+ dollars for a service I would thing that it’s for MORE than polish. However I was wrong. The manager of this establishment yelled and mistreated 3 of my friends, and forced them to pay for services they DID not recieve. All in all, I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone!!! Over priced for bad services, and very unprofessional, rude staff.
