So came in for a simple trim...they didn’t wash my hair (curly) so they did a dry cut, which I’ve had before. Soon as she’s trimmed it she takes my cape off and gets my coat. I ask about washing it, you know the normal hair cut experience, she smacks her lips and says I can wash it if you need me to. Ummm wow.

I went in here about a week ago to have my hair colored. I wanted to go from my dark brown to blue. I was aware that my hair would have to be bleached and then colored. That was fine with me. I was even told they might have to bleach it twice to get it light enough. Again, I was fine with that. My hair was bleached once, and they decided it was fine to do the blue. Apparently it wasn't fine. Not only is my color patchy, with big blonde patches, but the ends were brassy and came out an awful chlorine green. I was too shy to say anything while I was there as there was a ton of people waiting. That's my mistake. But I paid A LOT of money, for a terrible color job. I will not be going back.

I was growing my hair out of a pixie cut and started to develop a mullet in the back. I went in wanting to have it evened out a bit so that the front and sides of my hair would be even with the back. I knew going in that my hair wasn't quite long enough yet to be all the same length, but after I got the cut and went home I noticed that the back hair was noticeably uneven and looked like something my 4 year old sister would do. I had to have my mom fix it.

Alright, so I have tried master cuts in crossroads about four tries. I've had the same person cut my hair there and always try to ask for someone new but she always insists on taking me. She never understands what I want and always always always cuts way too much off. I have an undercut too and I needed it trimmed and she just did the middle and left the rest alone. Like wtf dude it's an undercut. Cut all of it. I just can't give mastercuts anymore try's. Sorry guys but every single time it's been bad. I came home from my cut and cried for about an hour. I know it'll grow back but it's still SUPER short and nothing like what I asked for.
