I've been to see Nicole twice and I've loved my haircut and color both times! I'll definitely keep going back to see her. The rest of the staff seems knowledgeable and super friendly as well from my peripheral interactions with them, so I would recommend Heads Up to anyone looking for a reasonably priced service.

I love getting my haircut here! Erin West is phenomenal... Very sweet, kind, and she does an amazing job. She is so professional and always makes me feel comfortable. Erin has been my stylist for 10 years and I have always been very happy with whatever we decide on. She is always considerate of how I want my hair done, but also has great guidance if I am ever uncertain. It is very apparent that she enjoys her job and making people feel great about themselves!

I love Heads Up! I don't have a specific person because of my erratic schedule it's hard to figure out when I'll have time for a haircut and I have never had a bad haircut despite using every person there.  They only hire quality help at Heads Up.  And they take great care of the employees.  Happy workers do good work! Great place, great ownership. They'll take good care of you here.

I have been going here for a long time because this is where my hairdresser is. Lynn has been doing my family's hair for over 10 years. The people are friendly, it's clean and they are very attentive to their customers.
