Just visited----would not go back again. When they take X-Ray, make sure to ask them to use the protection pad for your thyroid . The issue for today is when my 7 years son and myself went in, they took X-Ray for both of us without thyroid protection even I did asked for it. I asked the assistant to use the pad before she start, she said yes,but what I got is a very loose pad that only covered my chest but not covered my neck at all. My son sat at next door room while I was in processing. I asked my husband to ask them to use the thyroid protection pad for my son during his X-Ray , my husband went there saw they were doing the X-Ray already, without any protection pad on his neck! Too late to ask at that moment since they were doing it and it done in a second. Too bad they take X-Ray that way. So make sure to ask and watch out , make sure they are using the proper thyroid protection pad for you during X-Ray!!! If not sure why this is important please Google it.

What an amazing Dentist, I registered today after being at my previous Dentist for 20 years. My son has a sensitive tooth issue that was quite bad today at school and about 10 mins after I got home from registering, I called the Dentist to make an appt. They said to bring him right away and were so great with us! Am so impressed. My whole family is going here from now on. We saw Dr Susana Medina and she was lovely!

Unfortunately there's no ZERO star. The staff doesn't respect the patients' time although there was NO patient at the clinic that time. I had been waiting for 15-20 minutes although there was no patient at the clinic, but the staff was busy celebrating a birthday of one of them, I picked up my kid early from school for his appointment & I left my studying to go there for my son's appointment. I'm really disappointed with that kind of ignorance & disrespect for me & my son as a patient or for our time.

I find this clinic very affordable, caring and professional. Best treatment experience ever.

Fantastic! SO much better than my old dentist. All staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Dentist is so friendly and actually listens to you and talks to you. They DIRECT BILL, so no paying and then being reimbursed, which is a hassle. And they're open on weekends! Amazing! I'm so happy this office has opened up. Thank you Southwest Dental! 😄
