I had my teeth cleaned today. This is my third time visiting Dr.Kim. I always had super sensitive gum; I would always feel intense pain drinking ice water. I didn't know gum health can be restored until I start visiting Dr.Kim's office. I had only two visit over the course of 2 years, and with nightly flossing. I no longer get the sharp pain. Special thanks to Francine today for being extremely gentle and communicative. She kept providing tips on maintaining healthy gums while she does scaling. Not even once I felt any pain due to her expertise and kindness. I felt completely safe when she was looking after my teeth. She was very welcoming and warm.

not the greatest hours of availability when i do call to book. I often cant get through due to their limited hours of operation and have to be persistent till i get through; however when I do its all smooth sailing from there and quick. I find they provide awesome service with a welcoming attitude and professionalism from the Doctors and Assistants and receptionists. Very friendly office and the kids love their prize selections. Clean and crisp waiting area with a large tv, books and magazines to read. short waiting times.

Dr. Chow is a fantastic dentist. Clinical staff is very professional and take pride in their work.
