Heritage Oak Dental Clinic

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronn Gibb's for many years and have always been very pleased with the work done by him and his staff. Dr. Gibb is very personable, friendly and professional in the dental care that he provides and this standard is also reflected in the other staff that work there. My latest appointment was with Kristen for cleaning and she exemplifies the same high standards typical of Dr. Gibb. She always provides gentle but thorough cleaning which is why I continue to see her year after year for professional care.

As always, everyone at Heritage Oak made sure my recent dental appointments were as comfortable and pleasant as possible. All the staff are always friendly, professional, provide excellent service and take exceptional care to make sure you feel relaxed. Dr. Gibb (and the assistants and hygienists) always take the time to answers any questions and fully explain the procedures. Heritage Oak Dental truly makes a trip to the dentist enjoyable.

Best service ever. i have been a client of the clinic for several years.As a person who has many issues with the teeth, I cannot recommend the clinic enough. Everything-from front desk costumer service to dental procedures are beyond expectations. Dr.Gibb always takes time to explain the options available and he has saved me lots of time and money by not doing the procedures that were pushed by our previous clinic. i have developed anxieties due to previous dental experience but here, the staff is very understanding and patient .I have several procedures done-from crowns to cleaning and filling replacement- follow up phone calls are really nice! Both me and my kids live our dental hygienist, who is fun, patient to work with.Our family moved to Heritage Oak clinic several years ago and I can highly recommend the clinic to any family!

This dental office, I would say, is the best there is. A very friendly staff who will assist you in your needs. A computer screen in the waiting area informs you of all staff members, as well as a mission statement which I very strongly believe this office lives by. The staff are very professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your visit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a family oriented practice with high esteem towards their patients.

Staff is very friendly. Michelle was professional and made my children feel very comfortable for their hygiene appointment. The office is nice and clean and up to date and they use the latest technologies. I have recommended Heritage Oak and Dr Gibb to many people and they always tell me afterwards how positive their experience was.
