Went in looking for a used Vehicle, spoke with Chantalle and they managed to get me in to a brand new 2017 model! 

Overall great customer service and buying experience. Chantalle specifically made the process painless and found ways to make the waiting time fly by effortlessly. 

I highly recommend seeing her for any vehicle needs you may have. She's very friendly, happy to help and willing to answer any questions, and if she doesn't know an answer she finds it. 

I left a happy customer with a new car and peace of mind I'll be taken care of with any future concerns.

It’s been a couple of months now since we purchased our 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and I could not be happier with its performance and the care and guidance we received during the whole purchase process. We had viewed another vehicle at a different dealership about a week prior to our first visit at Southland Volkswagen and how lucky were we to have Tom come greet us in the lot. From the first hello to our most recent goodbye he has been nothing but supportive, informative and honest. He was patient with us and our decisions and made us feel like we weren’t just another sale- he truly made an effort to meet all of our wishes. I’m so thankful for our experience so far with Southland Volkswagen. Every employee we have dealt with has been helpful and kind. Thank you Tom and team for making this experience a great one! I have brought my vehicles to Volkswagen for many years now. I find the service is great and the staff is very welcoming. Its nice to go in and see friendly faces. I think the addition of Mike Fischer to the Volkswagen team is great!! He is very honest and helpful when i come im or even call with questions. Mike is always smiling and ready to serve his customers. Great job Mike and the rest of the team at Volkswagen!! I will be a repeat customer for life!!

Traded in my vehicle for a bigger one and have had nothing but disappointment. So much went wrong in the first month, I took it to VW and they suggested I get into a whole new vehicle. After looking around I found one I liked and in order to give me what I paid for the sorento I they had to increase the price of the other vehicle by $5,000. They replaced the head unit and it didn’t fix anything. Then said I had to go to Kia to get them to fix it and after talking to them I found out I had to pay for it. Had I known that there were all these issues I would not have purchased the sorento. Needless to say, I’m incredibly disappointed.

These folks are great. They were very helpful in all respects of new car buying. Very nice salesman and not pushy. I would deal with them again If I had too. I am very pleased with my new car purchase and the service I received.Thanks again to Tom Alexander for your expertise.
