My wife and I found that  Michelle Seiler was great to deal with.  Michelle gave us the impression that she was quite honest and straight forward in her sales approach.  Michelle  seemed to be  knowledgeable about Ford trucks and upon vehicle delivery her after sale truck features orientation was appreciated.  The rest of the staff at Big M were very firendly and courteous.

Big M Ford is the very best and I wouldn't think of dealing any where else.
Both in Sales or Service every think is looked after well in a friendly & timely
way.
John, Sandy, Barry,Ken and Staff in Sales also Terri & staff in service always care that things are done right.
I would recommend  dealing at Big M Ford to anyone.
