We finally decided that it was time to buy a new Pontoon. We are so happy that we went with Cactus RV. The professionalism, expertise, and customer service was by far the best experience we have ever had while purchasing something from a dealer. This place is family run and they are amazing, a great family atmosphere and very well organized. Every experience along the way was just outstanding. I sent an email to Cactus RV showing my interest in building a pontoon and Mike replied to me via email with all of the information I wanted. We went in the following weekend and looked at the boats they had in stock but didn't see one we liked. Mike sent me an email for one of the boats that was covered up and we loved it. We went back to look at that one the following weekend. We live about 1hr and 20 min away from the shop so we went up on Saturdays only. We were never rushed, they were patient, and they accommodated us each visit. The loan process was phenomenal, I was able to get everything handled via text and email. Ron was amazing, he was straight forward with us on everything. One of the guys walked us through every functionality of the boat, he answered all of our questions, if he didn't know the answer, he would find the guy that could give us the answer. These guys work like a well oiled machine. There was no BSing. Again, the experience was just amazing, it was mind blowing. I wish i could by my all vehicles through them. We will definitely get our RV upgraded in the future through Cactus RV.

We bought from Cactus RV just over a year ago the buy experience was awesome they work with us and provide the best customer service. We even called just recently to ask questions about our fifth wheel and they answered all the questions right away and went out of their way to make sure we could fix our fifth wheel. I highly recommend them they have been the best dealer we have ever worked with!

What a great experience working with Cactus RV. We went to the dealership just to “look” and left with a pontoon. Our biggest deciding factor is how genuine their staff was and their amazing service. Doug initially communicated with me via email, he was very straightforward and not pushy. When we got to the dealership we realized that they are family owned and operated, plus they have their own service center. All of which was important to us. Once we made the decision to buy, Ron and Doug accommodated our needs and went the extra mile to set up the pontoon exactly how we wanted it. AND it was seamless from purchase to delivery, it required very little effort on our part. We love the pontoon, but we are thankful that they Cactus RV will be our go to for any future needs. Doug and Ron are great guys and we appreciate the service they have provided!!

We are so happy with our purchase of a Genesis Supreme 28 CRT fifth wheel toy hauler. Mike and Ron went above and beyond to make this happen and we highly recommend to everyone that wants a great experience to buy from this dealership!!

After 2 horrible experiences at 2 other dealers trying to upgrade our rv when went to Cactus RV. They were very understanding and listened to what we are looking for. They let us look around a used class A that they had on the lot for a few hours while they got us the best deal possible for our trade. At no point did they pressure us on a sale. This was our second RV purchase from them and had such a great experience that we will not go anywhere else. If you want knowledgeable RV sales where they are actually concerned about the happiness of their customers, then Cactus RV is the place to go.

My wife and I purchased a 5th wheel at Cactus RVMike/Rocky and had a great buying experience. But even better has been the Service department. The service manager, Doug showed patience for me when I had lost mine. James has been top notch and makes us priority with every encounter. Cactus RV earned a customer for life.

Probably the best customer service I've had in four years of owning my RV. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful about my distress. He went the extra mile for me. Everyone at this company was a pleasure to do business with.

Worst aftercare I have ever experienced, refuse to acknowledge issues and damages at time of pickup of new trailer. Promises to make it right and help get it figured out. Ignored for months and never have called back since. Buy elsewhere or plan to not get what you paid for.

Cactus RV rocks. We bought our tritoon there a month ago. Yesterday on the launch ramp, the engine wouldn't start. We called and their technician walked us threw a lose wire situation while on the launch ramp. Thank you Cactus for saving our Labor day weekend.
