Not a place to have a fuel pump replaced. Unless you want to smell fuel as the gasket doesn't get sealed and a feeding line does not get placed back where it should go. O-ring and bracket barely hanging on. Our mechanic back home said we were fortunate we didn't come in contact with a spark. If you do have to do business there, beware. And deal with Heather. She knows customer service

Let the service manager know that the undercarriage of the front seat of the Jeep purchased @ City Chrysler needed replacing and requested a quote for the replacement part & number of hours of service needed for installation. Was charged $160 (x1 hour labour & shop supplies) for a technician to inspect the problem and give me the same prognosis I told them in the first place. This wasn't an oil leak or transmission problem boys it was a seat repair. An hours labour charged for a two minute inspection on a front seat??? Please.....License to steal and will never ever give this local company my business again. I suppose with charging an hours worth of labour (and shop supplies) for nothing they don't need repeat business for sales & service

Denny and his staff have provided me with service that is second to none! I was looking for a simple, honest truck deal and have never felt so comfortable with price and overall setting. I also deal with their parts department regularly, Garry is truly top notch when it comes to knowledge and is always willing to help out in a bind! Best team i have purchased from in a long time, keep it up! Mindy Brown

I needed some help diagnosing my Dodge four wheel drive issue. The foreman, Andrew gave me the best service I've received in a very long time and being a farmer, I'm constantly dealing with parts and service people. Not only did Andrew provide me with a printed diagnostic procedure leaflet, but he also game me the shop demo part to borrow just to make sure I didn't spend $500 on a part I didn't need. My business currently has four dodge trucks and as long as Andrew is one of the leaders of their service team, I'll always be returning for parts and service. Thank you Andrew!

They offer you the $500 recomondation payback. But dont tell you if for any reason that particular employee quits or leaves the dealership then this rebate is no longer valid for the customer...
