Long wait times and a doctor that doesn't listen. Came in here to see Dr Mackay Steed for my son and not only was the wait time close to an hour but he seemed annoyed to speak to my son who wasn't feeling good. Also, he sees my wife and has NEVER listened to her concerns because "he doesn't believe in it" be better or don't be a doctor if you don't care about your patients. Unreal.

Absolutely horrendous to try to get anyone on the phone, and they promise to send refill prescriptions to the pharmacies and then NEVER DO IT! My pharmacy faxed them every other day for two weeks and they just ignored them. I called in several times before I was even able to speak to a receptionist, who promised me they would send the prescriptions in by week’s end, and they never did. It’s not like having prescriptions is a matter of life and death for some people or anything. I have never in my life dealt with a worse office than this one.

Love the doctors, they are professional and polite and willing to listen. However, their staff could be replaced. I can never get through on the phone to make an appointment and my prescription is never filled causing me to go to emergency to get a prescription. This is extremely frustrating.

My doctor here has been an exceptional doctor for me and has really helped out immensely with some problems that arose during Cancer-Surgery related issues. He was helpful wherever and whenever he could give his advice and lend help. I’m very happy I made the switch over to Dr Weston as he was recommended and luckily he was accepting patients during that time period. At every appointment he has been very helpful and was also caring and concerned during a difficult situation. I’ve noticed that he is quite knowledgeable compared to most other doctors I’ve seen and is quite smart, and for myself he has been a fantastic person to deal with each time I have seen him.

my celiac disease went undiagnosed for 3 years because of one of the doctors here. could’ve ended up with infertility and cancer had i not moved to edmonton and found a doctor who actually listened. thanks for nothing but years of suffering !!

Lately it takes sometimes 1hr. of being on hold before you get through. The Dr doesn't seem to care much. I used to be really happy with the overall experience. I don't know what happened.

Dr McKay Steed has been excellent with our family. The pharmacy on-site is also very efficient and friendly.

I never recommend because, they never received call for appointment, doctor alway come late waiting half an hours whenever we have appointment , never response. Not satisfied with their treatment also they just ignore and say wait until gets better.

Dr bridge and dr mckay steed are two of the nicest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. This clinic is top notch. The nurses and front staff are super nice, always attentive and in a good mood. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and warm. You actually feel heard. They work with the patients to get better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic. They have the best doctors in Lethbridge. it’s also super clean, easy to get to and lots of stuff near by.

Dr. Logan Steed is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s friendly, funny, and really takes his time and listens to me. He isn’t a pill pusher, and really listens to my concerns and questions. I don’t know if he’s a registered affirming doctor, but he’s incredibly queer friendly with me. His admin assistant, Roberta, is the best! She’s so kind, good at her job, and helpful. When Logan has been busy and I’ve had an immediate need, I’ve seen McKay, who is also wonderful and showed signs of queer support. Very fortunate to be a patient at this wonderful clinic. I hope the government will step up to support you in the same way you’ve always supported me.
