The receptionists at this clinic are ignorant in person and on the phone. If you suck at customer service get a new job!

Been there a couple of times and have never had such rude customer service - not even from grumpy people working fast food. I work as an administrative assistant; I know what customer service is. The receptionists there need a refresher course in manners.

Love Bigelow Fowler! So clean and fresh inside and never have had a issue with the staff! My doctor is amazing and kind. Best clinic I have been to in a long time! Glad I made the switch!

I came to get lab work done during my pregnancy and was treated well until the lab tech realized that I was under the care of midwives. She then proceeded to talk about how she didn't trust midwives and shamed me for declining a test that I had already informed my doctor and midwives I would not be taking. I was pregnant with my third child and this was my second time under the care of midwives so this disrespect did not deter me, but had I been a first time mother I may have felt fear and discomfort instead of irritation. I was incredibly disappointed with this unprofessional attitude towards medically trained professionals who are licensed and regulated and funded in Alberta. Clearly there is some education needed here in Lethbridge, as I had my previous midwifery care in Edmonton and there my choices were fully respected by all medical professionals that I encountered.

I saw doctors at this clinic for 3 years. In that time I was dumped by one doctor for requesting an appointment with a specialist, one doctor moved, and the third couldn't stand the office politics here and quit. The receptionists are less than friendly, don't smile, are often downright rude, and are very intimidating to speak to on the phone. I often felt that they were doing me a personal favour if I was allowed an appointment at all. I was so thankful when my last doctor quit and I could legitimately ask to be moved to a doctor at a different clinic.
