Radiology Associates

Radiology Associates is a bright light in Lethbridge. Having reached a certain age, I have to get routine tests, and I have found the techs and staff to be consistently kind, patient and accommodating. On a recent visit, they worked to fit me in for a second test rather than having to return another day. Some of the best care in town.

Making an appointment is rather tedious. Fist you get an answering machine than you're plugged in to a radio station than you get an another answering machine and than they may or may not call you back....

Very disappointing experience. Went there for our first prenatal ultrasound . The ultrasound tech was rude, rushed and condescending. He ruined an experience that should have been exciting and fun. His bedside manner was very lacking.
