Came in, didn’t have an appointment and they don’t take walk ins today but the lady at the desk was very sweet checked me in and that was it.

They were nice people. But all i came in for was to have my blood drawn. Im not too great with needles or blood.. Well the lady missed my vain twice. I got so nauseas I had to leave. Definately am conflicted about going back here.

I went in about a month ago and the front desk person I dealt with was very rude. I waited for over an hour while the lady disappeared and the nurse finally asked the other receptionist why I had been waiting so long. The rest of my visit was good. But the first receptionist was rude and I waited for a long time while everyone else went ahead of me. Other than that I have no complaints!

When I went into the health center about three months ago I was absolutely shocked by the lack of empathy I felt as I approached one of the three receptionists. As a woman trying to receive help from anybody who works in a doctor's office you should never feel stupid or as if you are being judged. That is exactly what I felt. I then completed paperwork to get into my appointment and finally got into a doctor who treated me as a normal human being. I would suggest hiring new receptionists who are a little more friendly towards customers. I would not reccomend this health center to anybody. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a "safe place"

great clean building and atmosphere. friendly staff and they go off a sliding scale for the bill, which is really nice!
