Bingham County Planning & Zoning

The building and zoning department is a joke. In reference to the HVAC inspections. I'm a HVAC contractor, I'm from Bannock County. I understand that there are different requirements for each County/City/State/ etc. for codes. I'm more than happy to comply to those requirements. However, inspectors need to be on the same page. I understand they get a paycheck regardless and no accountability for the choices they make, but let's have some common sense. Remember, they work for the people.

I've been working with LeighAnn Davis and Wendy Mecham with planning and zoning. I wish I could tell you in detail how awesome they have been! They are quick to answer, quick to return phone calls, quick to follow-up on information they didnt have on hand. They spent lots of time answering questions. I am very grateful for them. Working with gov employees often leaves a bad taste in your mouth but these lady's are sweet as sugar. Thanks guys!
