Dr. Christine Black, MD is not only competent but extremely compassionate. She is willing to spend time with her patients. Dr. Black gives attention to both the physical and emotional/mental needs of those who see her. I am impressed with her physician and people skills. I am grateful that she is my doctor.

Dr Pugmire is absolutely wonderful as a doctor and some of her nurses Melody Vanessa, and Carina are just so compassionate and sweet. I am giving a 1 star review for the front desk staff specifically Kitty. I've been going to Doctor Pugmire for 3 years and when I call after being told by Dr to call or if I'm there for a visit in person she is absolutely unpleasant to be helped by and lacks basic customer service skills. She has never asked once how is your day, never smiles, and just has this demeanor that, I the patient, am bugging her. When I call and leave messages or ask to speak to a nurse because its urgent she says I can't find them ill have them call you back and if I call more than once a day she sighs like its the biggest inconvenience to answer the phone and help me. Multiple times I've called and never received call backs and when I call again I have been told there are no messages. When I'm in the waiting room I've heard her gossiping about patients and how they never tell her thank you and so and so has called over and over, and the last time I was there I heard her say a patient on the phone who was on hold was being dramatic and she didn't want to help her and wished she was a patient somewhere else. Having her as the first person who greets you at a stressful time really does not make me feel welcome as a patient and makes me want to go somewhere else with better service." This place is awful.. I gave one star just to leave a review. My doctor unfortunately retired Dr. Larsen who was the best! and I had to see someone new. I won’t name names. It was the worst experience I have ever had at an gyno office, I was going to the new guy who I hoped would be just as good. It was awful, I had no answer to any of my questions due to the fact he was only in and out for 30 seconds at time and I had no idea when my appointment was over. I waited 20 minutes before finally asking someone if my appointment was over. Then I was billed $294… my insurance covers yearly exams and they had to reevaluate my appointment. I will not being going back to this place. If you value your questions being answered and time valued do not go and being billed wrong. I hated it. I don’t write reviews and I felt compelled to do this one. They just want money it seams, I’m a young woman just doing my part.. I only have these appointments to get my birth control.

Absolute money grabbers. When I went to one of their clinics, they billed for two claims, just because I asked a question, which then wasn’t even discussed. The doctor simply told me to go somewhere else. Then because of this, I was billed hundreds of dollars more for something they didn’t even talk about with me!!! I have never been treated so badly by a health clinic. They should be ashamed.

I used to see an incredible OBGYN here but she moved out of state. The only one I could see now was a male—which I was reluctant to do because they simply do not comprehend what we go through. I went against my intuition and saw this male OB/GYN. He was condescending, arrogant and informed me that my husband will cheat on me because we don’t have enough intimacy I have a baby under a year old. He was forceful, rude and careless and left me feeling violated emotionally and physically. They did a full panel cdc and when I called to inquire about the results I was told “the doctor hasn’t gone over those yet” and it has been two weeks. I literally had to ask a physician here in Pocatello to request my records so we can know if my thyroid is off. I was supposed to have a procedure done by this physician at Bingham Women’s health and have obviously cancelled that due to the high level of vulnerability. I strongly recommend the female professionals in this practice, they are both well known for kindness and professionalism. The office staff is also amazing, the male OB/GYN was the only terrible thing about Bingham Women’s Health.

Worst ob/gyn visit I ever had the doctor did not listen one single bit to what I had to say I will not be going back at all
