South Surrey Athletic Park

Kids love the soccer fields, playground, and splash park! Lots of grass and area to set up a picnic for the day. Bike trails behind the Rec Centre are great, fun with different levels of trails to ride.

Great open grassy areas to walk, also a track and several fields. For those who do not like the nature walks/trees and prefer open air. Track available most evenings after 7pm.

Beautiful sports fields well taken care of, excellent turf fields, skate bowl, playground, lots of places to just go for a walk. Such a great place.

Great park and my kids especially love the splash park area in the summer. There is ample parking and there are lots of areas for kids to play - including a dry playground adjacent to the splash park. I like that it's never too busy and the area is clean. The families I encounter are always relaxed and friendly.

Excellent sports fields. Public washrooms are clean and open during events

10 Fields used for different sport activities especially during weekends. Rotary club playground is so organized, clean and with new equipment.

Fun, clean place with tons of different sporting fields and courts. I wish North Vancouver would have something even close to this.

Water park and playground are great for the kids to play and have fun. Lots of parking. Nice family place.

Soccer fields are combo of turf and grass. The turf fields in nearly new condition. On a sunny day and the newest turf field, some kids complained the turf was very hot and burned their feet during spring play. Something to be mindful for shift changes or to encourage them to run between plays.
