South Fork Lodge

Just a warning: I come here to eat, not fish. The restaurant is so good. I have seen them with 2 different menus in the last 6 months and I love that they are always trying new things. The pork chop was bigger than I could possibly describe. Sitting on the deck was so relaxing as we watched osprey hunt the river, fishermen casting in the distance, and the occasional cool breeze. Absolutely lovely. It is 20 minutes outside of Idaho Falls but it is so worth it. Nothing in Idaho Falls holds a candle to South Forth Lodge.

First time fly fishing Justin was our guide, very patient and helpful teaching us proper techniques, after a little practice started bringing them in. I highly recommend to ask for him!
