The whole experience was great. From the sales team Steve Scott was our salesman, to the finance department Shanna is amazing to Alyssa who went over our car with us when we went to pick it up. We never felt like we were treated poorly the whole experience. Not the standard dealership where you feel like you need to have a shower when you get home. Would totally go back for another vw from them in the future

We purchased a used vehicle from Brad in November. It was a complicated deal to work from the purchase of our vehicle to the delay we needed before we could sign for the new one and us being located in Lethbridge nearly 250km south of the Calgary. Brad, Kyle, and Shanna made it super easy and were very accommodating throughout the entire process. My wife now has a vehicle in the color she has been wanting for a long time, I am happy she is in something reliable, and we cant thank you all enough for helping us. I wont hesitate to call them again.

I was needing a new vehicle asap. I went into South Centre VW and was lucky enough to have Connor help me. Connor is trustworthy and made me feel comfortable buying my first vehicle. I don't know a lot about cars but he never made me feel silly for asking lots of questions. He gave me his full attention, which was not my experience at other dealerships. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Connor, you will not be disappointed.

I dropped my Tiguan to SouthCentre VW on July 22 for 45k service. My windshield wipe arm’s cover was found with tiny damage when it came to me as a ‘new’ car. I rejected to replace the entire arm and blade when I did 30k services at VW Country hills because no reason to pay that much money when it with almost invisible damage on the cover. The next day after my 45k service I found the entire cover was gone. The worst part is the service due warning is still on, and with a 55k and Jan 23 6 month due sticker on wind shieldAs what I have known, should be every year or every 15k I am doubting if they really done the service. They are close at 5:00. I tried my best to finally get there before 5:00I was told service done at 4:15pm. But just saw one advisor talking on the phone when I got there. Three other person waiting and watching him talking on the phone for around 20 minutes. I felt bad left work early that day just for waiting. Unfortunately, I will not consider to go back for any further service as per my experience. Even though it is the nearest VW to me.

I spent several weeks looking for an SUV and the Atlas was a great choice. Codi was a wonderful associate who helped me find what worked best for me. Darren helped me with the financials and the 2 of them make a great team! On the day of pick up, Alyssa was a wonderful help in showing me the vehicle and all the options functions.  All in all the customer service side has been fantastic experience and I look forward to working with them for the life of my vehicle!

I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle today, but I wanted to note how greatly I was taken care of at this dealership, by Shana and Sarah. Sarah was my consultant and blew my expectations away with her knowledge and resourcefulness to make sure I was taken care of in the best way possible. Shana was my finance manager who was able to pull possibilities out of her pocket. I’m so excited to come back to them when I’m ready to purchase a new vehicle.

My hubby and I went in to buy a new Tiguan. The service manager Sean was exceptional in helping us from start to finish. Although I am generally hesitant in making larger decisions like this, Sean made it easy to do so. Sean has also been great to deal with for all service appointments since our purchase. Thank you so much to Sean and the Volkswagen team!

We bought a car trough them in 2020. We’re  happy with the service so far. Not to mention they fit us in few times, for example today for a tire patch, which I really appreciated it because they were fully booked. I feel like customer service is something you rarely can find nowadays and luckily they seem to have it in place.

We had an enjoyable purchasing experience here. Ryan at the inquiry stage was quick to respond and was very kind. Introduced himself at the dealership as well. Jorge Castillo & Shanna Macleod were great. Jorge was very open with pricing and helped us get a deal while being kind. Shanna made sure we understood everything before signing, gave us all of our options and as a bonus she was a hoot to talk to. No one was ever pushy. We did not buy a VW this time, but a slightly used Nissan, and they were great with getting the car to the dealership from another location for us to be able to test drive before buying. Pickup experience was quick & easy too, no hassles. Car shopping can be very overwhelming as everyone knows, so as soon as we got the vibe of this place, we didn't want to go to another dealership.

I came a bit too late and parts was already closed, so I sat around for a bit to charge up my car before heading back. Had a quick chat with staff who were very friendly and welcoming despite me clearly just loitering. The dealership is very clean and spacious, and crew were actively sanitizing surfaces. I will definitely be coming back to southcentre at earlier hours in the future for parts for my VW. Thanks for the free electricity!
