Great experience!  The team here is good accommodating, non pushy and transperant. I have been to other showrooms but found that the add ons, mostly unethical are very high. Core newcomers like me Brasso was able to arrange better rates and for higher period.

Exceeded expectations! One of the best in Calgary and by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. They went above and beyond to fix the issues my new vehicle had. The purchase process was  quick and transparent, everyone from sales, service and management were extremely accommodating, communicative and supportive. Tyler, our sales rep was awesome! Highly recommended!

Then we made the decision to trade both Titan and Qushqai for 2022 Pathfinder, We checked many Nissan dealership in Edmonton, Red Deer. Calgary. And just with Brasso our experience was fantastic . Tyler is the best sales person we have met. He is very friendly, helpful , and knowledgeable. Tiffany is  very professional , she is made approval for just 2 min for a new Pathfinder for the very low interest . And Thank you for the person , he is explaining to my husband everything about Pathfinder ,very sorry don't remember his name. We are highly recommend Brasso Nissan for everyone !!!

Went here to purchase my daughters first car and of course it being her first car it was crucial to me have all of my boxes checked! I was helped out by a man named Adrien and he was so extremely patient, thorough and understanding of exactly all I was looking for! My daughter is extremely ecstatic with her car and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase! Definitely will be recommending Brasso and Adrien to anyone in the market! Props to that young man, he knows what’s what and he’s gained a customer for life!

My van had to go to Brasso for some work. The team here is really incredible. So helpful and honest. Really pleasant. While I never want to have a vehicle in a shop, much less a dealership shop, if I have to use one this is the one I will travel back for. 5 star service for sure!

Amazing customer service!! I have taken my Nissan rogue and now my kicks into brasso for service and they have always given me 5 star treatment. My kicks was purchased at a different dealership, and the extended warranty I purchased, was not transferred to my name when I bought the vehicle. Brasso service team went above and beyond to figure out the problem with my warranty, and did their best to fix the issues with my car, while trying to give me the lowest price possible. Specifically Kevin, Justin, and Ryan are amazing staff on the service team. They care about their jobs and work to make your experience a pleasant one. I definitely recommend going to brasso for any service you may want for your Nissan vehicles.

I saw a car on AutoTrader that I liked and the very next day I drove it off the lot. Adrien and Tiffany were great to deal with. Adrien was very honest with me and understood I was looking for something affordable. Tiffany found me a great rate and term. Would recommend this dealership to everybody!

We purchased a new Nissan Frontier that included a tonneau cover, and during the negotiations we confirmed that this was a hard cover. As we were putting down our deposit, it was discovered that they accidentally priced out the soft cover and the Sales Manager wanted an extra $900 plus and was unwilling to assist us, or care about making things right. We were, however, contacted by Kirby a few days later and made things right. Although it would have been better if the situation was handled properly at the time, the outcome shows that Brasso values their customers.

I have purchased my share of vehicles, but Brasso Nissan has 100% surpassed my expectations & I will continue to stay a Brasso customer.  I now have a 2023 Nissan Kicks & could not be happier! Thank you Tyler & Tiffany!  Superior Customer Service!

So I came here with my fiancé to get her parents vehicle serviced. As I remained seated in the waiting room, I realized that I need to print of some forms for my appointment earlier in the day. I decided to ask the lady at the front desk if she could help me. At first I wasn’t sure if she would but I must say, she went out of her way to help. Even tho she was working , she took time out of her task to help me with something that had nothing to do with a Nissan vehicle. For me that says a lot about Brasso Nissan, they are willing to help even if it’s things that don’t benefit them.
