These guys are absolutely awesome! I had the pleasure of Jeremy being my advisor. He was always on top of things, and letting me know what was going on with my car! Super friendly, and would definitely be going back to this dealership for any of my vehicle servicing! Jeremy definitely deserves a raise!!! The service department staff were very thorough in troubleshooting my concerns with a rear tire. They put my mind at ease when the inspection confirmed the tire was in fact sound and defect free. Proactively, they asked about an oil change which saved me the extra trip I hadn’t thought to schedule the oil change this visit and was pleased with the opportunity to have it done! Both courtesy drivers are also fantastic! Overall excellent service as is my usual experience at Jack Carter!! See you soon for winter tires!
I thoroughly enjoyed my used car purchase experience at this dealership. From my salesperson Matthew right down to Brad the ‘ever efficient’ finance manager. Great service for our purchase from Justin! We live out of town and the sale was made quick and easy. All the staff that we had met with were friendly and knowledgeable with any questions we had. The dealership was clean and welcoming. Lots of vehicles on the lot, which is rare right now. Would recommend for your purchase.
Great service. I took my 21 Colorado in for oil change and a missing plastic clip. Tech found and fixed two other rattles I wouldn’t have complained about them but very noticeable after it was fixed!. Truck was done on time for price quoted. Donna service advisor is super helpful too!

Patrick took great care of us and made buying the car we bought nice and easy. Called ahead of time and when we went by, he had the keys ready to go for us to take it on a test drive! Took care of all the little things that I asked about and Len in the finance department did an excellent job getting us approved. Great team would definitely recommend to my peers.
Most people leave bad reviews. I’m leaving a good one. The service department at Jack Carter always takes care of our company. Donna is a great advisor and always gets us in when we need emergency repair The pricing is always fair and there are no hidden surprises which you can find in the auto service industry. They always deliver on time or at least let you know if they aren’t able to. 100% recommend them and will continue to use them to service our fleet of service trucks
