What a great and beautiful BMW Dealer in Calgary. My first to be there for my X3 maintenance service. A special thank you goes to Stephanie Craig! Since it was the first time, she quick set up an account for me and checked all the services options one by one to make sure they would be tailored to the service coverage accordingly and no extra charge was needed. She greeted me when I dropped off my vehicle at Service Registration, and walked me out with the key when the service was completed. Never had this kind of service in the past 5 years! Thank you Stephanie! Will definitely come back and see you soon. Highly recommended!

My husband and I recently took delivery of a new EV from Anthony. He took care of us from the beginning when we started our new order and customization of the new car. We have been loyal clients with Anthony and Calgary BMW for a long time. Every time when we purchased a new vehicle from him and traded in our old one, the experience was stellar and the process was seamless. He not only provided us with extensive knowledge about the vehicle we were purchasing, he also offered us world-class service and care throughout the process. The store was in clean and pristine state every time we visited it. The staff has been friendly and helpful. In addition to Anthony, we want to give our special thanks to Kim and Nathan. Kim helped us sort out the paperwork and Nathan helped train us on the features and functionality of the vehicles. They are especially patient and caring. When we have any future needs for a new car, we will definitely go back to Anthony and his team!

Anthony was amazing! He guided me every step of the way through my first time buying a BMW. He took the time to answer all my silly questions, listen to me and offer suggestions that fit with what was important to me. Rob was a gem, he set me up with my financing and helped me with my quirky requests for how I wanted my numbers to work.  Between the two of them, picking up my car and driving off the lot was so smooth and easy, they did everything and it was hassle free,  I loved it!! ….and I love my car!

Picked up 7 series today, Very Prompt and Professional Team, ' Max 'my Sales guy was very helpful throughout the process, Never saw the car as I am from Edmonton,  first time bought virtually. Great service, will definitely be dealing with them in future, Kim Finance Manager was helpful.

All I can say is WOW, what an amazing experience!! Everyone at this dealership is so friendly and treats you like family from the moment you walk in!  Steven Soong- Our Sales Consultant was SO knowledgeable and passionate about the BMW brand. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were well educated and confident in our purchase.  Kim Mark- Financial Services Manager, was INCREDIBLY efficient in getting all of our paperwork done and staying in contact with us through every step of the process. His kind and genuine demeanour really eased our stress!  Nathan Jones- BMW GENIUS is putting it lightly! He spent 2 hours going over every single inch of our new car with us, we learnt soooo many new things and tips and tricks we would have otherwise spent hours researching on YouTube!!  Great job on the amazing customer service Calgary BMW!  We will definitely be customers for life!!

I've been a satisfied and repeat customer at Calgary BMW for 15 yrs. First of all, the cars are spectacular and, while expensive, represent good value given the driving experience that results from advanced technology and engineering. The staff there make you feel like you're part of the family: they go the extra distance, especially Kaiman Stanjeck, who's so knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure, because he knows that these cars, when you know what's behind them, sell themselves. Our X5 is a masterpiece.

Great experience purchasing my BMW 2022 850i grand coupe.  Trade in of my old vehicle with Alfie was quick and smooth with more than reasonable offer, and new car was delivered before expected delivery day.  Huge appreciation  to Lee for helping  me from a to z! When new car arrived, Lee spent time and effort to deliver EXACT requirements that I asked for in PDI.  There was  no pressure / over selling of other products PPF, package plans , etc from Rob, yet every details of their services were explained properly.  I would absolutely recommend to buy your BMWs here!

We purchased our 330i series BMW there a month ago and had such amazing assistance from Abdullah Rasool. Such a great environment, professional and courteous.
