Son of a Peach Pizzeria is your neighbourhood restaurant located in the heart of bustling Downtown Burlington, Ontario. Love is our heart, food is our passion. Surrounded by art and beautiful vintage, modern decor, Son of a Peach serves up hand-forged pizza using time-honored preparation and techniques, while showcasing only the finest, simple farm to table ingredients.

At Son of a Peach, we believe in taking care of each other, and the earth. Implementing the most sustainable green initiatives with as little waste as possible, we strive to source produce and meats from some of Ontario’s finest farmers, and all our products are from as close to home as possible.

Our heart--the kitchen, blurs the lines between the confines of fine dining and your casual neighborhood eatery, creating a warm inviting experience. At Son of a Peach, we are priviliged to be the first restaurant in Burlington to offer sparkling wine on tap along with a special selection of hand crafted local beers and wine -- all on tap.

We got the garlic knots and the mushroom pizza. The atmosphere of the place was really cute and cozy. Our waiter was attentive, no complaints about the service. Enjoyable pizza and overall experience, but I’m not itching to go back. A caveat, however, is they only had two vegetarian pizza options (basic margarita and the mushroom one), so someone who likes meat may have a totally different opinion. Pros: The pizza crust was great - thin with a crisp bottom, and with the right amount of fluff and chewiness in the crust. The tomato sauce was really fresh, too - somehow you can smell how good the sauce is as soon as the pizza comes to your table. Also, pretty generous amount of mushroom topping. Cons: Garlic knots had almost no garlic or cheese, they were mostly just dough - decent, but overly hyped. As for the pizza, it had way too much dried herb mix on top, and was not exceptionally flavourful. I think the mushrooms were supposed to be in white wine, with a garlic kick, but I didn’t really feel that. I did, however, have a whole almost raw garlic clove on one slice, which was kind of a weird oversight on their part. Recommended if you’re in town and looking for an upscale pizza place with a really nice atmosphere, but if you’re hunting for some exceptional pizza, I think our neighbors Hamilton and Oakville have better options.

The spicy salami and wild honey pizza is to die for. I've had pizza all over the GTA at some of the most trendy, well-reviewed and expensive places. This is by far the best pizza yet. Great service, cute spot.

Probably one of the best pizzerias I've been to. The crust was delicious and crunchy, yet not dry. Tried the small size wild mushroom pizza and the garlic bread as the starter and it was more than enough for stuffing two people. Loved the decor. However the service from one of the waitresses could have been more friendly. That would be the only thing I could see a room for improvement in this place.

Came here with some of my close friends the other day and we were all very happy and impressed! Garlic knots & wings are to die for and the DP was just enough for the three of us. Will definitely be back! Only complaint: more cider and local beer!

Didn’t see the burger on the menu online... hopefully it is still there because hands down that was my favourite burger ever!! Pizza was good and on par with other brick oven pizzerias I’ve been to. #2017
