We had a really nice experience at Earl’s Kitchen. The ambience was warm and inviting — perfect for a relaxed dinner. Service was very good throughout; attentive without being intrusive.nnThe calamari had great flavour and texture, though it arrived only warm instead of hot. My steak was cooked exactly as requested, and the sushi was fresh and tasty, though I was hoping for a more creative dipping sauce than standard Kikkoman. The crab cakes were a pleasant surprise — fresh, well-seasoned, and a generous portion.nnWe finished with the chocolate pudding dessert, which was rich and satisfying, and my wife especially enjoyed her espresso. Overall, a very good dining experience with just a few small details keeping it from being a perfect five. Would definitely return.

Had an amazing date night with my husband. The food is fresh and delicious. We opted for the prefixed chef’s menu and it was a great way to sample different dishes without being overly stuffed. The portions are perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

We visited Earl’s with a large group of nine and had a great evening overall. Our server, Varisha, seemed new and was still getting familiar with the menu and draft options, which led to a bit of confusion with some of our orders. That said, she was incredibly sweet and kept her composure throughout, which we appreciated.nnWhat really stood out was how the team handled a mix-up with a few items. Megan came over, took full ownership of the situation—even though it wasn’t the staff’s fault—and offered to comp two meals as a gesture of goodwill. She also brought out complimentary desserts, which was a thoughtful touch. Their proactive and accountable approach made a big difference.nOne of our drinks, a strawberry cosmopolitan, was overly syrupy, but it was replaced without hesitation and removed from the bill. The food was excellent, as expected from Earl’s, but the standout was the service and how the team went above and beyond to ensure we left happy.nnThe only downside was the booth seating—getting in and out was a bit tricky, especially for seniors, since one person had to ask six others to move. But we managed and appreciated the effort from the staff to accommodate us.nAll in all, a great experience made even better by the team’s kindness and professionalism.

I am not one to typically do reviews but I must give credit where it’s due! I was there on Saturday with my girlfriend and my children and our server Marcelina was so kind and attentive. It can be difficult to go out to restaurants at times as a busy mom and our server went above and beyond to accommodate us and was so sweet to the kids. This was a wonderful dining experience! I will absolutely be coming back and also recommend this restaurant to all fellow moms. Ask for Marcelina! She is wonderful!
