First of all, I would like to apologize for posting a review that is seemingly irrelevant to the performance of the restaurant. However, I found it necessary to bring to light the demeanor, attitude, lack of professionalism and, I hate to say, deceit of one of the owner Dan Larkin through my previous dealing with him. Anyone interested in knowing more is promptly advised to google his previous operating company Omni Contracting, a general contracting company based in Simcoe County, and its BBB profile. While I am not sure if he is still in the business of general contracting as Omni contracting's facebook page has not been updated for about two years, the experiences, the heartaches, the drama AND the trauma that myself and my family had to go through was sickening to say the least. Long story short, he has scammed from me over 10K and left me with an unfinished home renovation project, some damages as well as unpaid subcontractor fees. He played the unfortunate card to try to gain sympathy and momentum from me and made us feel that there was indeed some sort of compensation coming when in fact he was simply stalling us. The project happened from Sept 2016 to the early months of 2017, and since April 2017 he was not reachable anymore. I had look into ways of trying to reclaim our financial loss back through legal means, but decided to drop it because I did not want it to affect the lives of our family. I chose to forgive and forget. However, it was through a random chance that I saw him (Dan Larkin) posted on his personal facebook page that Honey West is hiring, The post was dated back to July 2017... and subsequent posts also suggested that he has possibly switched to a different business. While I have chosen to move on, knowing this restaurant of his is potentially opened with money he scammed from me and potentially other clients as well, I had to think if this business of his will become another "project". With his track record, while i have not personally set foot in the restaurant, and I am not intending to ever, I cannot help but wonder if I can trust him, his restaurant and the way he deals with customers. Will he still display the lack of attention, of professionalism, and the unfortunate deceit in this business? Will I feel comfortable sitting in his restaurant eating the foods he advertised and be at complete ease that I am being treated fairly?? I do not know, and I am not intending to find out. I will however ensure I let everyone I know in the area, in my community as well as in the military community that I serve in to stay away from the restaurant. Because no one deserves to be treated like a victim, whether it's a home owner or a restaurant diner. It's a shame.

Nice for lunch. Great patio for a drink or their $10 lunch. Love the option to upsize the drink or the food on the lunches. Great service as well. I want to return and try the dinner menu. Update: Tried the dinner menu and it was pretty damn good as well. Wonderful server helped us pick our wine and our food. Definitely worth a visit.

Had an amazing lunch with a beer for $12. Delicious food, quick and friendly service and beautiful patio seating available.
