Soleilki Japanese Fusion

This is a hidden gem in Whyte Ave. Area. They have recently modified their offering to include all you can eat sushi. When I arrived there at 5 on there were quite a few open tables but it got busy relatively quickly. The menu was very simple to order from. The list provided matched the menu with pictures amazing idea! And once ordered, the food arrived quickly. The temperature and taste were great. Some of the fried items were not up to my standard. So e where a bit too greasy and some weren't friend enough.. overall I was very pleased with the quality and taste of food. The grill was a great addition and the steak that I tried and cooked tasted great. Make sure you try the different sauces. The service was amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. If you are looking for an all you can eat sushi place in Edmonton,you should try this for sure. I will be back.

We loved this place. The foods are yummy! The washrooms are nice and clean too. Though we just have an issue with one of our order, they happily replaced it! An excellent customer service! Definitely we are going to re-visit soon!

They recently changed to All You Can Eat. Lots of Shashimi and sushi and hot dishes to choose from. Friendly servers and reasonable price. One of the best in central Edmonton. This is the 3rd time in the past two weeks. I highly recommend them!

The atmosphere and the decoration at Soleiki is pretty nice. The atmosphere is comparable to a bar/ izakaya. We ordered the: Mango roll 13.95 The mango taste was subtle and you can taste the individual rice grains and sesame. I was hoping for a stronger mango taste though. Black Dragon roll 14.95 Squishy avocado with a crispy tempura taste, and the rice was good as well. Agedashi tofu 5.95 The tofu has spinach, seaweed, and a sweet sauce like tempura sauce. The tofu is really crispy with a light tasting texture. Crispy Kaarage 8.95 The crispy chicken flavor had a more Chinese profile as it was similar tasting to Chinese fried chicken with cumin, salad, and tomatoes. Overall the food was pretty good, the kitchen opened pretty late and the atmosphere was good. In my opinion, the mango roll and the chicken could have been better.

We have been coming here for years and it’s an amazing place to go whether you’re just wanting to go for a casual date, out with friends, or if it’s a special occasion to celebrate! Melody is the server that usually helps us and she is fantastic! I almost always get the Agadashi Tofu Curry which comes with a miso soup and an avocado roll and it never gets old Compared to other sushi restaurants, Soleilki has a good variety of vegetarian options for an affordable price! This restaurant has become a place my family and friends love to go to as well! Definitely worth checking out! Almost all you can eat sushi and grill. The sushi and sashimi were very yummy. Though there is a limit of 30 sashimi per person. They offered self grilling meat or vegetable also, but 1 per person. Parking is off street parking so may not be super convenient.Food: 4/5

I would strongly recommend anyone to come to Soleilki.The food is super fresh and very tasty. There are so many choices to choose from. the atmosphere is nice, the staff was super friendly. They also have a grill at each table so if you order a steak you can bbq it yourself. There is also super helpful scissors so that you can cut the steak into bite size pieces

This place has the most variety of Japanese dishes I have ever seen! We can't wait to go back and try more things. We got the Chicken Katsu Curry and Nabeyaki. The curry tasted more Indian than Japanese, but was still delicious! The Nabeyaki could have used more flavor in the broth. Both were way bigger portions than we were expecting and couldn't finish it all! We also got green onion cakes - delicious, the watermelon snow bubble tea < bf loved it, and the pear sake - no pear flavor. Was expecting more of a fruity sake.

Our server Yi was very friendly and brought out our food quickly. The food itself was delicious, we had ordered the cream cheese wontons and the chicken karaage for appetizers. They were both very good but if you have to pick one, go with the karaage! The picture of the karaage is after we ate about half We also got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and the nabeyaki. Both were very delicious and I was very full by the end of the meal. Very reasonable prices, the whole meal came to ~$55. Would definitely recommend!

Just ordered and..... the rolls are all squished together and not even rolled...which wouldn't be so bad IF it tasted good BUT the California roll is missing the sauce used to mix the inside as its very dry... and the rice has to be old or not cooked and who ever rolled them or made them, shouldn't be making sushi. We order from this place in Fort McMurray and it's amazing. So disappointed.... by the look and taste. Never again.
