We had to return a product that was bad though no fault of Sobeys and the lady on the Customer Service desk was outstanding and very helpful. She called the meat manager, Zack who equally could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Totally impressive customer service

This is a great place to shop. Nothing is out of place and I feel like it's one of the cleanest grocery stores in ottawa.

What a nice clean and very organized store, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The staff was so polite and friendly, I think they were enjoying their job.
