Great experience! Had to get a new generator for home backup - the sales staff took the time to understand my needs and helped me pick the right size generator! It was a pleasure to deal here - in addition the after sales service is second to none! Will be back in the spring for a new pressure washer! Thanks for taking great care of me!

I am very dissatisfied with the 'service' I received at Smiths Trailers-Outdoor Power-Marine. My husband and I bought an enclosed trailer for our ATV in June 2017 from them, and we had to take it in to be serviced. We had a potential warranty claim, as we had issues with cables, springs, and rear door, but they were not able to find the source the issues. Their warranty is an absolute SCAM, and does not cover their technician's labour. We had a surprise bill of over $200 for work that should have been covered under warranty. I'm not really sure how you can change someone $200 for checking out a trailer if you didn't find any issues... They weren't even able to provide a detailed breakdown of the charges!!! I highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from them, and we will not be back for future business.

I bought a 10 x 5 cargo trailer from Smiths. I found them online. I had questions as I live a 90km away. They provided the information quickly and sent me additional pictures which helped a lot. I paid a deposit over the phone, picked up the cargo trailer on a Saturday morning, it was a smooth process, knowledgeable staff, friendly service, I would recommend to my friends.

Beware of the sellers or the owner they will bend over backwards for you on their products sales and service they are so recommended it is worth the drive thank you very much for your service will be passing the word along my travels

Always have the best service, I mostly come to find parts for my motorized toys, if they don't have it they do their best at finding the right thing to order for you, within a reasonable time. They treat you like a homicide police case, multiple people on search, someone talking to you at all times, another one on damage control if you have something to fix. The dog is always a welcome and friendly attraction too.
