Just purchased a 2022 Buick Envision and couldn't be happier with the buying experience. We were treated with respect and were in and out in an hour and a half, without all the usual negotiating back and forth. Right off the bat they offered us a very fair trade in value and a more than reasonable discount on the new car and they accepted our counteroffer without fuss. We live an hour and a half away from the dealership but will certainly return in the future.
The service department at Mike Fair might be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Calling me to tell me a certain part/chip is in and when I call to make appointment for that part they book me in only to show up on the date and drop my truck off and get a call back saying truck is ready but part wasn’t installed because it’s not in yet. Absolutely incompetent. God I miss Honda

A great experience at Mike Fair's! After my car breaking down on Monday before moving out of the province, Kerry Ryan found me the perfect car! The great customer service continued with Dennis McIsaac as he dealt with all the financing, insurance, and licensing over the phone to have the car ready in less than 48 hours! I had a conversation with the General Manager, Patrick Butler, who wanted to ensure I had a great buying experience at the dealership. I also had the pleasure of having a great chat with sales consultant Tom Haskins providing me with great stories and inventory updates from GM. And to top it all off, Courtney took 20 min with me to make sure my car was set to my preferred specifications, setting up On Star, Blue Tooth, and giving me a tutorial on all the options included in the vehicle. I highly recommend Mike Fair Chevrolet!

Fantastic buying experience from start to finish. I received a good trade in price for my car, they changed my trailer hitch at no extra cost and gave me a loner while it was being done. My new car was spotless and they showed me all the features as well as setting up my cellphone and Onstar! That's why I keep going back, the service is outstanding!!!
Purchased a 2020 Chev Sierra 1500last Oct. Dealt with Wayne Lanning who outlined the vast benefits of buying new instead of used. Very easy person to deal with and very knowledgeable. I was recently into the parts department to order side step rails for the truck. Also very helpful in choosing the best ones for my needs. I had a lower price that was on line on their website and that price was honored. Service department very friendly and advised of all the work that was done and that the oil change was free of charge as would be the next one. This is due to buying the truck there. While waiting for the service, all employees that walked past the waiting area all stopped to say good morning and to ensure I was being looked after. Very positive experience.
Booked appointment 10am for quick diagnostic scan..@15min job. After waiting outside in parking lot for approx one hour, service rep asked if he could give me ride home as would be another hour or two before they could get to my car as others had been given priority. I reminded him I had a scheduled appointment ..he just shrugged me off saying nothing he could do. Later in afternoon I finally got my car & diagnostic report & bill for $85. A simple task that should have taken minutes took hours. I did not feel respected nor my business appreciated.
My daughter had an oil change done at one of the big chains. They had a list of work they said was needed, we went to get a second opinion at Mike Fair’s, and glad we did, the extra work wasn’t needed and some of the fluid levels had to be corrected. Nice to find a place with good ethics. Thank you!
