We purchased a new CRV from Scott at this dealership! For me, car buying can be a negative experience but Scott was open, transparent and honest throughout the process. Our vehicle arrived within about 2 1/2 months of ordering which was significantly faster than what other dealers suggested it would take. This time, the process of selecting, trading-in and buying a new vehicle was extremely pleasant! The “pick-up” process was quick and easy and we are absolutely thrilled with the final product! I highly recommend this dealership for your car buying needs!
Having no choice but to shop for a new car because my Ford left me draining the bank I decided to take a chance and check out Rally Honda. Walking in and being greeted by Scott Cyr gave me a sense of hope that I was in the right spot for a car. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and just made you feel like you were family he made the whole process simple, easy and quick. No joke it was quick from walking in one day to signing papers the next day to picking up my new car. I purchased a new Civic Hatchback from Rivington Rally Honda and it was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had! Mike Eng made the entire process quick, easy and even fun with many laughs along the way! Mike Eng is incredibly knowledgeable and took great care to ensure I knew all the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Even after leaving the dealership, Mike went above and beyond to check-in and answer any new questions I may have had. And of course, shout out to Mike Florance who made the entire trade-in/financing process incredibly transparent and straightforward! Mike Florance answered every question in great & honest detail. I purchased a used vehicle From Mike at Rally Honda a few weeks ago. You would never have known it was used as their team did an amazing job on the detailing. Mike was super funny and personable while being extremely professional at the same time. Very knowledgeable of all the products Honda, Toyota, Ford…... We recently purchased one of their CR-V’s. We had the double Mike team help us and they were both amazing! Extremely helpful and professional, they both went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve also been having my Fit serviced here the last couple of years and the whole team at Rally Honda have been absolutely awesome every time!
Went in today for my first maintenance since purchasing my CR-V. Service department is very nice. Shawn and Breanna assisted me with how things work. Work was done quickly, no waiting, Shawn explained bill and came out and torqued my winter tires. Overall satisfied, only thing they could have done to get a 5+ rating would be to wash my vehicle before returning it to me. Yes, there are dealerships that actually do that for you.
After suffering an extremely difficult situation at another local dealership, we found ourselves going to Rivington Rally Honda. We walked in without an appointment with a vehicle in mind that we wanted to test drive. We were greeted warmly by the Sales Manager Ken Laszlo. He explained that their sales representative was off for the day but that he lived nearby so he said he would call him to see if he'd come down to show it to us. He offered us a coffee or tea while we waited. He wasn't able to reach him but offered to show us the vehicle we were interested in. He took his time explaining all of the features to us. After the test drive we were introduced to Michael Florance who looks after financing. We basically had a deal done in less than 2 and 1/2 hours from the time we walked in. Both Michael and Ken have incredible senses of humor and we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We were blown away by the level of service we received and we cannot say enough good things about Ken and Michael. They took a very negative experience and turned it into an extremely positive one. If you are in need of a vehicle, look no further than Rivington Rally Honda.

Smith Falls Honda is amazing! I cannot say enough their staff Michael Eng and Jason Martens. I travelled out of town 122 kms - one way to their location to service my 2018 Honda CRV. Michael Eng was great! Mike was really personable, extremely professional and very helpful. Mike worked on my behalf with the service department to assist me with the diagnosis of warranty work. Plus, Mike took the time to discuss my options regarding my upcoming lease due this year. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike for your next Honda purchase or lease. Thank you, Mike! At pick up, I met Jason Martens service advisor and he was great as well! Jason was really personable, extremely professional and very helpful too. Just before I arrived for pick up, I had a flat tire and Jason took care of it, so my CRV would be ready to go when I arrived. I really appreciated the way he took care of things in the moment. Absolutely Brilliant Service! We only went in to find out the process of getting ourselves a vehicle with low hope but immediately got to meet everyone necessary for the process and in a matter of days got to drive home in a vehicle my fiancé and I fell in love with. I can't speak for every salesperson that works here but if they are all even half as friendly, efficient and as encouraging as The Grand Master Michael Eng then you will be well taken care of.
