Smiling Goat Organic Espresso Bar

One of my favorite spots in Halifax. It isn't usually too busy, and there is always somewhere to sit if you want to. They don't charge extra for alternative milk choices. They have lactose free, soy, and almond. I recommend their chocolate orange latte. It tastes like a Terry's chocolate orange! They also stock gluten free, vegetarian, and began snack and food options.

The service from the staff member was very friendly and efficient, however the new ownership do no favors to the Smiling Goat reputation.

Great place to get coffee, they also serve World Tea House Tea so you can get great tea and coffee. One of the best tasting brews in town

Great coffee and service. A bit pricey. Ask for student discount as strangely enough no one will offer it unless you ask about it! Additionally, if you like me, loving to study and finish some work in coffee shops, this place is not for you!! The music is very loud and annoying!!

Tried a coffee brewed by the cup. The few extra minutes of attention it takes to brew makes the cup of coffee that much fresher. Recommend a darker roast.
