It is a busy place as it serves the universities and the general. I know that the seating is designed for short stays yet it can still be difficult to get a seat. More seating space and how about some seating for one. A number of people, like me, order food and read the paper. With the design of multiples of two, one seat is lost. Staff is friendly and wait time is minimal.

So one personne order mcnuggett 2 min before and go to get McNugget and the idiot manager said he couldn’t do anything. Was not even one bit thinking of accommodating custumer. He was useless and had no respect for the custumer.

Good place to end a night downtown. Use washroom at your own risk.

Place is 24 hours open and you can eat whenever you have a craving of the food. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Orders are delivered quickly and the quality of food is superb.

This location suffers from slow rude customer service who take way too many orders and then get stressed and confused and they forget what goes with what order or customers are left confused as to what is what. They use to ask for your name a while back. That was helpful. We all know our names but cannot always remember what number we are especially when half the time they do not tell you and never give you a copy if the receipt. This location often has warm flat tasting pop, no ice, limp fries or over salted fries , no napkins and an empty barely functioning ketchup dispenser. This location is also often unclean in the mens washroom and dining area even when there is a break in customer rushes. I realize that you are busy and obviously understaffed but cleanliness in a restrauant is very important. Fruit flies buzzing around your drinks and condiments station is not attractive. With so much competition for our dollar and this location sitting on the busiest and most fashionable public street in our city a better effort is required.
