Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Centre

We stayed here for our wedding weekend. Online they have this listed as the penthouse. They should call it a King master suite. There is nothing fancy about this room. You can see where holes have been patched in the walls. The nightstands were all marked up and there were missing pillows from the bed. They must have something new in the room because the off gassing was intense. Nice looking couch is all I have to say nice about this room. Iys probably what was offgassing. And it didn't have a kitchen. What penthouse doesn't have a kitchen. Definitely no posh feelings staying here. No complaints about the employees buy damn you guys tear that building down and go new or actually put some money into fixing the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel for the price you pay. Nice view though.

We enjoyed a weekend celebrating a major Anniversary. The hotel had a chilled bottle of wine welcoming us to our wonderful room. We had an amazing dinner in their restaurant. They also give a seniors discount.....simply amazing!!

Partner and I came from Nelson B.C. for his surgery, the hotel gave us a medical ratennWhen we arrived upgrade us to a suite.nWhich has helped so much as he needs a walker for recoverynnCookies and apples before bed first night.nQuiet room with lake view.nThe breakfast restaurant inside the hotel, not pub , was really a great, awesome staff and very friendly.nPier restaurant gorgeous views, delicious food and excellent service!nThe only improvement would be healthier options for room service, better coffee in room, and hooks in the bathroom for robes.

Stayed at this beautiful location for my company Christmas Party. They really go all out on their decorations in the lobby to celebrate the holiday season. I wish I had some of their gorgeous decorations. The room was clean and comfortable however the beds were a little hard and could use a nice foam topper for extra comfort. The East Ballroom where we had our winter celebration was beautifully set up with fantastic service. The food was ok but definitely an area for improvement.
