Couch Potato

Nice simple local place to get furniture. Staff is very friendly and prices are cheap for custom made furniture. I have a soft spot for mom and pop shops like these.

We found the staff at Couch Potato very knowledgable in their products and helpful in the selection of style and fabric. When we picked up the sofa, there was a small tear in the fabric covering the bottom. It would have never been noticeable but they repaired it. The sofa came with two throw cushions. After getting them home, my wife realized the pattern did not work for us even though she had agreed to the fabric. We took them back and Joanne was very accommodating. We exchanged them for two other cushions. We were very happy with the service.

After several visits to the store and consultations with a more than helpful staff we finally decided on a custom ordered couch. A month later we picked up the couch and brought it home only to find it was the wrong model. We checked our invoice and discovered that we had signed for the couch that was delivered although it wasnt the couch we had thought we had ordered.After a few discussions with the staff they were very accommodating allowing us to keep the couch we had picked up until the correct couch arrived . We were very happy with the professionalism and service levels throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Sincerely , GM
