My husband and I recently purchased a property with the gracious help of our Forest Hill real estate agent, Karen. We had the pleasure of working with an experienced professional who had a lot of insights about the market, so Karen quickly helped us find the perfect home that suited our needs and our budget. We were very impressed with her quality of customer service. Karen was friendly, upbeat and always available to contact at any time of day. She was patient in listening to our questions and knowledgeable in giving us all the information that we needed. Karen worked tirelessly with us until she made sure that we were satisfied with everything about our new home. Our first home buying experience was such a positive one thanks to her help!

We were recently selling our home and were looking for a Rosedale real estate agent to help us out. A friend of mine suggested that i call Slavens b/c he had used them to sell his house last fall and found them to be professional and helpful. I could not agree more, we trekked through so many houses and every time our Realtor was as diligent as ever. She really must have a lot of patience! As a first-time home owner looking for condos for sale, Slavens made the hunt quick and simple! My fiancé and I were nervous since we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. Luckily, Lauren, our real estate agent, provided us with a bunch of options that were within our budget. After a few weeks, Lauren managed to figure out exactly what we wanted and needed, and we were able to find the perfect condo for us!
