Wins was an excellent real estate agent. We called her with a very short timeline to rent out our condo unit. As an incredibly  reliable agent, she found us a great tenant despite the time crunch. We greatly appreciated that she is a landlord herself and also has real estate investing experience. She added a lot of value providing her advice throughout the process.  She also gave us the option to be included in the tenant interview - which we felt was extremely helpful in assessing the quality of the tenant. We also really appreciated how responsive and proactive Wins was, which alleviated a lot of stress for us. We loved working with Wins and look forward to working with her again.

Wins was great to work with! She helped me close on a condo right in the heart of Downtown Toronto. She guided me start to finish through the buying process, and always gave suggestions. I really appreciated how she kept things realistic & kept my budget in mind during the process.  During scheduled visits before closing, Wins went the extra mile to make sure things were working correctly in the condo, and that things were being addressed by the seller. There were things that I would never think of that she would check to make sure were functioning correctly.  I would STRONGLY recommend working with her - she's an awesome realtor, and even more, a great person!

Wins was incredible in providing an overview of the market, navigating me across the logistics taxes, mortgage, lawyers, contract, etc. of purchasing a property, and in helping me rationalize my requirements for a perfect property for me. She put in a lot of work to find the right fit for me and was incredible in reaching out to the seller with a bully offer to get me the best price. She also put a human touch to the process and supported me in navigating move and post-move modifications after the deal had closed. She was incredibly helpful in providing contractors and suggesting professionals that I could contact to expedite every stage of the process. Wins is highly experienced and deeply understands the intricacies of the condo market in downtown Toronto and I’d recommend that you definitely speak with her before embarking on your journey to buy your first property.

Wins Lai did a great job selling our home in Toronto. We strongly recommend her services and would certainly use her again when we sell our next home. She took her time with us, was always quick and responsive throughout the whole selling process, and never insisted on selling our home for less than we were comfortable with, like some other agents we had in the past.
