We bought our first condo thanks to Ryan. As first time buyers, we were completely overwhelmed and had little to no focus in our search, until we started working with Ryan. He listened to our wants and needs, and made sure he understood us. He is so good that our search lasted less than 2 weeks! We were in competition for our dream unit, and he made sure that we had the necessary information to make a strong offer and made sure that we were comfortable throughout the process. It was such a pleasure working with an agent who is so caring, helpful and committed to our happiness, we were a bit sad that it was over so quickly. Despite the fact that our search for a home is over for the time being, he makes sure we have a continued strong understanding of the current real estate market for next time. Ryan's professionalism, positive attitude, comprehensive knowledge and charm make him the ideal broker. Having worked with Ryan as both buyers and sellers, we feel completely comfortable recommending Ryan to all who inquire (and even some who don't!) While we would have expected any good realtor to take the time to listen to our wants and needs, Ryan's efforts to ensure that we stayed true to those wants and needs throughout the process each time really impressed us. Ryan's approach is methodical without being painstaking, communicative without being overbearing and thoughtful without being intrusive. Overall A+ experience in both transactions. We had a fantastic experience buying our first home in Toronto with Ryan. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and provided guidance about how to achieve it given the realities of the current Toronto market. We never felt pushed. In fact, he talked us through several difficult choices and helped us to reflect on what would ultimately not have been good decisions. When we found our home - as Ryan had told us - it felt right. We were anxious about the competition, but Ryan confidently navigated the deal and got us our home for a very fair price. We simply cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. He is a rare kind of agent who is in touch with his clients and at the top of his game.
