We are a Toronto family serving your real estate needs. We meet most mornings, look at the market, visit properties we like, and if we see anything that might interest you we will let you know the same day and get a head start on this fast market.


Gabrielle knows condo buildings in Toronto, she is the expert. There are so many aspects to a good condo. The location yes, but more importantly the quality of the building, the quality of life in the building and the exposure of the unit. Robert is our house expert. He knows the west and central areas of the city like the back of his hand. He has been doing construction since he was 14 years old and later became a licensed general contractor before becoming a real estate agent 7 years ago. He can tell you how much work and dollars will be required to make that run-down space into a gem. When you sell and need to prep your home, Robert is your man.
