I recently purchased a KTM 500Exc. I was not very impressed with how the bike ran in its stock tune .  I watched quite a few videos and reviews of pipes and Ecu upgrades  including Jeff’s videos since I was using the bike for off road use only I decided to purchase the AIM Taipan from Slavens . Jeff’s staff did an excellent job explaining the programming options and tuning features . I received the programmed ECU within a week and I am super impressed with how much better the bike runs and how spot on the base map Slavens loaded into the unit . Big thanks to the Slavens team !

I was in the middle of my first tire install when I accidentally popped the inner tube. Frustrated, I went to this store to get a new one and the staff were extremely kind and helped me find the right size. They even gave me multipe price point options ranging from $20 to$40. Better yet they did not pressure me into a sale and didn't upcharge. Truely a 10/10 experience made my project and my day that much better.

The guys at Slavens know their stuff, always willing to provide practical advice.  They carry top quality products and can recommend excellent performance upgrades and not just ‘sell you’ something.  And the YouTube videos....super helpful and even a bit entertaining if only by accident.  And, incredibly fast shipping and the best overall customer service anywhere.  Recommend visiting their shop to drool over the tire selection.

I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from Slaven's and they've always done right by me.  Good advice, stocking items quickly if they don't have them on hand, fair shipping costs, and addressing any warranty issues.  Their customer service shout out to Alec and Rick has always dealt with me in a common sense manner and worked for a good outcome on any issues.    Maybe not the fanciest website in the world, but a solid company that listens to customer concerns - a rarity in this day and age. Thank you

I live in Australia, and I ordered an Answer racing vest to ride with. I ordered it on friday here in Oz and these guys had it here by Monday.. I have no words about how good that is. They literally got it here quicker than if it comes from my own country. They were also the best price I could find for the vest so big thumbs up and thanks for the service. Super impressed. Cheers!

Great customer service, great prices and quick delivery. From map switches to bars to top end kits, these guys have delivered and been super friendly when I call.

This site / store is great.  The shipping is lightening fast and they seem to focus on ensuring they have right parts in stock along with real world information and in many cases product videos filmed by the team mostly Jeff.  Keep up the good work.

I ordered a GET ECU for my 2022 KTM 300XC. I had to wait about a month for Slaven's to get their hand on one but they were great. I never talked to Jeff but his staff was very professional. They updated me on my order while I was waiting and always answered the phone after a ring a two every time. I'm happy with the product but more importantly Slaven's Racing was very professional with my transaction.

This is the place for KTM owners! They have an amazing website with great informational videos about making your KTM a great performing ride. Huge selection of products. My first order experience was great. And when I called with further questions, I experienced helpful  answers  over the phone, with them wanting to be sure I was happy with my experience. Huge thanks to everyone at Slavens Racing!
