Slade was excellent to work with and very helpful in purchasing my first home. He pointed out many things about some homes we looked at that I missed due to the wide-eyed thought at the prospect of making the purchase. The house he found was in a neighbourhood I really like and was able to get it a price that was well within my budget. I look forward to working with Slade again in the future when my needs change and recommend him to anyone.

Slade has handled multiple sales and purchases for us. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. One of the leaders in his field to say the least. Slade is appropriately aggressive and gets the job done quickly while paying close attention to detail. Slade takes the time to ensure everything needed to execute the real estate transaction is done meticulously and in a timely manner. We look forward to continuing to use his services again and again.

Slade sold my high end lake house when I thought the market was impossible. I had originally listed the house with another realty company, and after 6 months and almost no interest I decided it was time to make a change. I called Slade and my house was sold within 3 weeks. He then helped me find a smaller home in the city. Slade is a professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for selling or buying a home in the Saskatoon area.

I have dealt with Slade when he first became a realtor and continue to utilize his vast experience in the market place. His due diligence and work ethic have allowed him to stand alone as one of the top real estate agents in Saskatchewan. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell!

Recently I bought a house from Slade with my family and he was great throughout the entire process. We were very new to this and he was always willing to answer any questions, meet with us, and even offered some help after we took possession. Overall a great guy and would recommend him in the future to friends and family.
