My husband and I recently sold our Rural Property and moved inside of Saskatoon City Limits. Jonathan helped us both with the sale of our rural property and the purchase of our new home. For a few years we had debated whether or not acreage life, or city life was right for us - and for multiple years Jonathan patiently showed us properties so that we could make up our minds. My husband had incredibly specific requests in finding a new house and Jonathan was able to find the perfect space to make us both happy. We texted Dimitri regarding a home we’re excited to look at around 9:30-10pm, and weren’t really expecting to hear back till the morning… and to our surprise, he responded back so promptly and made us even more excited to check out the home. Then, we scheduled to look at the home the next day! Everything else from there was fast, and we secured the home. He was willing to answer any questions we had, before, during, and after the sale. popped into an open house a couple days ago in my neighbourhood and was shown around by seamus. he was very knowledgeable, funny and overall pleasant to converse with. although i’m not currently looking to purchase, i do look forward to hopefully working with him again in the future.
