Black Dog owners and employees have above average integrity, honesty, and loyalty. When dealing with Brandon Moore, you know that you are his current top priority, he isn't distracted by anything else he has going on, in what I am sure is a very busy life. I have had many follow up calls from Tracy asking how my business is going, and always offering her support. Raychel has been an amazing cheerleader, and her positivity is absolutely contagious. 

I would recommend using their services 100%, whether you are looking for commercial space, or a new home. When you are dealing with Black Dog, you are getting so much more than just a realtor.

We just recently had Brandon at Black Dog Republic as our real estate agent for the first time, and we are truly grateful!  Black Dog Republic offers a service that is more than expected with quick communication, and ample competence and confidence. You don't feel like you are being manipulated by a salesperson but that you are in a real relationship and Brandon has your best interest at heart. Brandon is very knowledgeable about Saskatoon's real estate market and if he feels he doesn't know something, he is quick to say so and that he will look to find it out.  It feels like he is giving you the type of advice that he would be using personally to make decisions for the best possible scenario for him and his family.  Thanks Brandon, we enjoyed our time with you and would refer you in a heartbeat!

We had Brandon at Black Dog Republic as our real estate agent for the purchase of our first home, and I am so happy we did! Brandon was fantastic. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and Brandon provided us with answers and guidance quickly! He was there every step of the way - from viewing the condos, to placing an offer and met with us for possession. He has a really good understanding of Saskatoon real estate and helped us with our offer - which was accepted! The selling realtor was tardy, and completely unprofessional and Brandon took care of everything for us, and put the pressure on the selling realtor to do his job, so we could meet our conditions deadlines to make our quick possession date. Brandon also knows lots of people in the business if we needed a good lawyer or mortgage broker for our purchase. I am so happy we went with Black Dog Republic as they made making such a big purchase a breeze, and were so pleasant, easy and professional! Brandon will make sure all the "I"s are dotted and all the "T"s are crossed.We will definitely be using Black Dog Republic when it comes time to sell and buy our next home! I would highly recommend Brandon and his team!

Brandon is passionate about what he does, and truly shows that he cares about YOU when he works with you. It doesn't feel like you're working with just any guy, it feels like you're with a friend with your best interests at heart. I love his perspective and how he puts together his home sale presentations - it really is taken to another level. Best of all, he is an active member of the community and gives back whenever and wherever he can.  It's easy to be confident working with him on your side.

Three years ago we were moving out of province and hired Black Dog Republic to sell our home. 

From our first meeting to our last detail in handling the sale we had nothing but top notch service. Brandon and his team handled every step of the way with professionalism, knowledge about the industry and the market we were selling in - all the while doing everything in integrity and with a spirit of enthusiasm. We listed our home at a slump in the market and Brandon was always encouraging, trying new angles and ways to garner the attention our home needed to find the right buyer. Through out our experience we were able to ask hard questions, get clear answers and felt confident every step of the way with Black Dog Republic at the helm.
