Have always had a top knotch experience with Caldwell Banker Signature. We have been working with Kendra Rodych for many years now. We trust her like a member of the family. She has always put our best interests ahead of everything. She works hard and it's never too early or too late when we need some reassurance or extra information! We highly recommend Kendra to anyone buying or selling real estate in Saskatoon.

Nightmare experience, sold our home with Kendra Rodych of COLDWELL SASKATOON ,no knowledge of the industry at all -sold our home for our bottom price only to find she changed the agreed commission price-tried to notify Coldwell of what was happening and the owners could care less-the only thing they care about is padding their own pockets, there are a lot of better realtors in Saskatoon than Kendra and Coldwell -stay clear of Coldwell IN SASKATOON with the biggest purchase of your life-new owners of Coldwell that are chasing the almighty $$$$-WHEN DEALING WITH KENDRA KEEP ALL TEXTS AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING
