They don't bother to answer or reply to your calls or emails. Low maintenance  In winters it is impossible to work even. I borrowed 2 heaters of my own but the electricity does take that load. And building's central heat or Ac never works.  You take to the owner and he replies I can't do anything about it.  He only likes getting money and tie you in long lease contracts.  NO ventilation at all. Windows doesn't open.

Absolutely brutal service. Condo fees are insane and I can’t even get a straight answer when I need something fixed. So whatever, I pay out of my own pocket to fix the stuff I can’t even get a phone call back on!! Absolutely pathetic!

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I discourage anyone looking to rent with them. Property is ill maintained, and has constant problems that are left unaddressed.

Only good at taking your money and not doing anything right.

Never answers calls.

Very courteous and honest service

Small management company. Takes care of issues.
