It was a great first experience using this service. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helped with luggage. We didn't have to wait long when we dropped off the car for the shuttle or at the airport. Very well organized. I really liked that they would check in for your estimated time of arrival. Definitely will use again in the future
Smooth experience. Very nice and professional team! I felt my car was in good hands. The pick up was an easy process once you’re back from your trip, they communicate with you well. I was very happy to see my car was brushed off of snow, warmed up and ready to go as we arrived back to the lot. Will use them again and recommend to others.
My GO-TO! I've used their service hand full of times. Communication is always great from day one. They are always very polite and respectful. I live out of town, so taxi is out of the question. These guys are the best quality/ price. It is about a 20 min process from moment you dropped of your car to the time your at the airport ready to check in. They drop you right at your required door. I came back on a delayed flight at -20. My car way warm and the snow removed ready to go when I got there. The shuttle is a text away. And the rates are hard to beat !
The service was great. I got confirmations that I was still coming, and a call to find out what time I'd be there the morning of. The shuttle left within 5-10 mins of being there, and I got to the Airport quickly. On pickup day when I landed I already had a text looking for my ETA, so that they could arrange my ride back to my car. I missed the most recent shuttle by a few minutes, so they sent someone special to pick me up instead of having me wait for the next shuttle. Great experience, and will be using again in the future.
Staff were very friendly & courteous. Lots of communication as to where they will pick you up at the airport upon your return. Great rates, and our car was ready for us when we arrived back at their lot! Would definitely recommend, and we will be using them again.
I love parking here! I always get welcomed with warm smiles no matter how late or cold it is. I believe the price is VERY reasonable and the shuttle drivers are always so chipper and friendly. In the winter you come back to your car already started and warmed up for you BONUS! I have parked with you so many times and have referred you to all my friends! If I can suggest anything, you need a loyalty program! :
Booked for our 3rd time. We love coming here as it is always cost effective. Gravel road kind of sucks with a car but not a huge deal to us whatsoever. Staff are good and usually we are in and out of there in 5 minutes or so. They communicate pick-up time via text with me and are always out waiting when we exit the airport. Every time I pick up my car it's parked right at the front and running to warm up and ready to go. 5/5 stars as we really like this place, and continue to come back.
Wow, I would definitely recommend this service. I heard about them from a friend and just tried them for the first time. They are friendly, efficient and reliable- and it was so nice to be shuttled back to my warm, running car in the winter! I had never done the valet parking option and was initially nervous about leaving my keys, but it was no problem. Very slick.
I do not recommend this option for travel to or from the airport. Our “shuttle” to the airport was just a small truck that had clearly been damaged in an accident. After our trip, the shuttle back to our car a rickety mid-size bus took over 1 hour to arrive. It then proceeded to struggle on winter roads, bouncing us into submission. Poor/delayed communication via texting re: time and location. It might have been faster to walk home and I would have been saved the unfriendly and unhelpful experience. Beyond that, it’s too far from the airport to make it worthwhile. At least our car was actually waiting for us. Waste of time. Waste of money.
Excellent experience! Price was low and the parking lot was easy to find. The we're very responsive regarding the pickup wait time and location. They estimated 7 to 9 minutes to pick-up and it turned out to be.right around 10 minutes. Their shuttle van is clearly marked and they even washed the car before they pulled it up for us. There is about a kilometer of rock road leading to their parking lot but it was well maintained. They were courteous and I highly recommend Skyview Parking!
