Airdrie Honda

The service that we have received and continue to receive from Airdrie Honda is First Class. It started when I needed a local mechanic to do work on my Accord. I met Shannon in the service department and she provided exceptional customer service to us. This is where it all began for us. The customer service Shannon provided and continues to provide keep us loyal to Airdrie Honda. We have purchased two more Honda cars and trust them with all our vehicles. When it came to purchasing our vehicles, Shaddy in Sales went above and beyond to meet our needs and get us into the vehicle that fit our needs. Fully recommend Airdrie Honda for the sales and service they provide.

This has been the best dealership I have used! I used to do my own work on my vehicles not feeling like dealerships have my best interest at heart, but after Shannon took such good care of me at Airdrie Honda, I will never use another socket wrench on my car again! The invoices are always less than what I expect and my van freshly cleaned!! Thanks Airdrie Honda & Shannon! Always a great experience!!

So I had to amend this review because the service department had made me and my family wait far too long for casual appointments. Nearly 3 hours for a wheel re-balancing (with an appointment made) and nearly 2 hours for a season change over. We we're quoted 1 and 2 hours for each job, and it took 2 and 3 hours. Whats the point of setting an appointment if your just going to make us sit in the dealership all day?

I went to this dealership 3 times before I purchased my car and every time I walked in, the staff gave me such good and friendly service. After having a bad experience at okotoks Honda I decided to buy my car from this dealership. The manager was very friendly and professional and our sales person, Bernie was very good. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase Honda

Tagged along to help a friend buy a car. We went to a few dealerships prior to Airdrie Honda. We were treated like guests in someones home. No pressure, very knowledgeable staff, all around it was a refreshing experience. After witnessing Will, Shaddy, and I believe Reuben (?) assist my friend first hand I was impressed! What really sold me on this location for my next purchase was the service they gave my friend after she already bought. She had a few issues figuring out all of the new features. They not only followed up with her, but they sent video instructions straight to her phone to walk her through each step. Then offered to personally walk her through everything again if needed in person. All around amazing value. Especially after witnessing the level of customer service that was provided.
